Transient-State fluorescence detection technology
Transient-State fluorescence detection technology is a patented new highly sensitive quantitation and imaging technology based on time correlated single photon counting.
- Greater than 100 fold increase in sensitivity when used in combination with the LaJolla Blue fluorophores.
- Greater than 10 fold increase in sensitivity over traditional fluorometers with traditional fluorophores.
- Shown to detect DNA probes at 0.1 fM/liter. In combination with LaJolla Blue a sensitivity of 1 femtomole was attained, comparable to the sensitivity of P-32 (1,3)
- Now Available Exclusively on the TSPF1 State Polarization Fluorometer from Diatron:
- Improves Fluorometric Detection Over Traditional Systems by More Than 100 Fold When Analyzing Assays Tagged with La Jolla Blue
- Reduces Noise From Autofluorescence & Raleigh-Raman Scatter for A Nearly Pure Signal Reading
- Analyzes Homogenous Assays & Heterogenous Assays
- Incorporates Patented Transient-State Detection
- Open Software
- Ideal System for Researchers
